Merchants are paid after a customer makes a purchase with you using Genoapay. We will deposit the total purchase amount into your nominated bank account (minus any fees), within 48 business hours.
Any refunds you have given will be deducted from payments we make into your bank account, and we will provide a thorough breakdown for each payment.
