There are a few reasons why we are unable to verify your identity using your NZ drivers licence.
Common reasons why we were unable to verify your identity using your licence:
- Expired licence
- Suspended licence
- ID has been lost and received new one
- Version or licence number is incorrect
- The details you entered are not an EXACT match to the details on your licence
