There could be a few reasons why we weren't able to verify your identity using your NZ drivers licence:
- Expired licence
- Suspended licence
- Licence has been lost and a new one issued
- Version or licence number is incorrect
- The details you entered are not an exact match to the details on your licence
You will need to contact NZTA to discuss if there may be a reason for this.
