Genoapay provides automatic payments to make it easy for you to stick to your payment plan. At purchase you will add a credit or debit card to the plan. When you approve the plan, your first payment will be taken from the card immediately.
This means we take your next instalment from your preferred card on the same day of the following week. We will always send you a reminder email before an instalment is due, so you just need to make sure that there is enough in your account for that instalment and we do the rest.
If an automatic payment fails, and your payment is still outstanding at the end of the day, then you'll be charged a $10 late fee. If you're concerned that you won't be able to make a payment, drop us a note and we will try to sort something out.
