We don't decline purchases, your bank does. If you have been declined when attempting to process a new plan, this is usually because you have insufficient funds to cover the first instalment.
We will block you from making additional purchases if you have missed an instalment on one of your payment plans. You won't be able to use your account until you make any outstanding payments and your account is up to date. If you attempt to make a purchase, you will be prompted to make the outstanding payment to be able to create a new payment plan.
