Yes you can!
You can change the payment day on your Genoapay plan providing your payments are up to date, and you are not on any payment arrangements or going through Hardship Care.
Important note: You can only make one change to the payment day for each plan, so if you need to change it again, please get in touch with us so we can arrange that for you!
You can change your payment day by logging into your account and clicking on the arrow next to the plan you want to change. Click the three dots and select the option to change your payment day.
