To change the card for an active plan, simply login to your Genoapay account and update your card details.
- Log into your account, select the green arrow next to your payment plan
- Click the three dots and select “Change payment details”
- Select “change payment details” from the drop down menu
- Add the details of the card you want to use.
The card details are only updated for the plan you have selected. You will have to change your card details on each payment plan if you have more than one plan.
If you do not have an active payment plan you will only be able to add your new card when making your next purchase.
