Sorry to see you go! Just remember if you re-apply in the future, we'll need to run through another credit check for your new application.
To close your Genoapay account:
- Ensure you have paid your account in full as we can’t close your account if you still have money owing. To pay your account, access your online account.
- Log into your account at app.genoapay.com and click the My profile
- Click the Close my account
- Click Continue if you want to proceed, or never mind if you’ve changed your mind.
- On the Close account screen, select the reason you are closing your account. Add any other feedback you’d like to give us in the Anything else field and then click/tap Close account now.
- A confirmation will be displayed. Once you see this, you’ll no longer be able to use Genoapay. You will also receive a letter by email confirming the closure of your account.
