You can totally make additional payments at any time during your payment plan. There are no costs or fees for paying extra.
Any additional payment you make will come off the next instalment. The only payment impacted is your next payment, the length of your payment schedule remains the same.
If you would like to pay an additional amount, just:
- Sign into your account.
- Click on the 3 dots next to your purchase reference number to get to the self service menu.
- The next amount owing on your current plan will be listed next to the credit/debit card used for payment.
- To put in the extra amount you want to pay or use the slider to select the dollar amount. Confirm by clicking Pay Now.
This additional amount will then be processed in real time toward your account.
